Just finished editing photos from the ribbon cutting ceremony at Jiamen Innovative Asian Cuisine here in Cedar Rapids. Members of the media, the chinese embassy, the Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce ,and the mastermind behind this awesome concept, Michael Ni were all present.

Having dined at Jiamen last week, it is a MUST for anyone visiting the area. It's fairly upscale, portions are light, and the bar is a never ending sorce of libation innovations. Check it out!
